Workday and IBM are expanding the availability of a joint solution that can help organizations safely reopen the workplace via a set of products embedded with Watson and a planning, forecasting and modeling solution that can help offer insight into worker readiness.
The announcement builds on return-to-work offerings already offered by the companies, but this time include an integrated solution that combines artificial intelligence models and applications and solutions that can help evaluate worker sentiment to inform the organization on reopening strategies.
According to the companies, the integrated solution can help customers model site capacity and evaluate employees roles and eligibility for returning to work, assess community risk and workplace readiness, plan for critical supplies, evaluate worker sentiment to inform return to work demand; and provide site readiness and worker health and safety data to customers to inform return to work plans.
