He said after implementing these steps with his own students, online engagement grew: in 2012, 1 million students watched his video content; in 2013, 3 million kids watched his video content, and in 2014, 12 million students watched his content.
“We [eventually] got to 250,000 students present in one live lesson,” Fisbhen said. “It took them four years to get there, but it takes time to solve a problem. Be whatever your students are. Performance comes after that.”
As far as Enem preparation goes, Fisbhen said his students are on the right track.
“Last year, they scored higher than normal on Enem,” he said.
