Arrow Electronics Inc. has added ConnectWise CloudConsole and ConnectWise Control to its roster of IT management solutions.
The deal extends a business relationship that began in June, when Centennial, Colo.-based Arrow began distributing the ConnectWise Manage PSA and ConnectWise Automate RMM solutions.
“Arrow is excited to collaborate with ConnectWise, a market leader in managed service provider solutions delivered through ArrowSphere, Arrow’s award-winning cloud marketplace,” said Steve Robinson, vice president of global cloud solutions for Arrow, in prepared remarks. “ConnectWise provides Arrow’s solution-provider and reseller community with a complete platform that enables them to profitably scale their cloud services business with market-leading monitoring and management solutions.”
Available since June either as a stand-alone product or as an integrated component of Tampa, Fla.-ConnectWise’s managed services software suite, CloudConsole offers tools for managing Microsoft Office 365 and Azure deployments. ConnectWise Control, which was known as ScreenConnect until November of last year, is the vendor’s remote access solution.
“We’ve been working with Arrow for several months now and are impressed at the organization’s commitment to helping solution providers and resellers grow their businesses,” said Gavin Gamber, vice president of channel sales and alliances for ConnectWise, in a press statement. “This latest agreement means that more technology solution providers (TSPs) than ever have access to comprehensive tools that will allow them to capitalize on cloud opportunities and enhance their productivity.”
Arrow has been beefing up its selection of both cloud solutions and managed services offerings this year. In addition to the ConnectWise alliance unveiled four months ago, it introduced a series of bundled hybrid cloud solutions combining Microsoft products with associated offerings from vendors such as Commvault, Spanning, and Veeam in February. In June, it announced plans to distribute Kirkland, Wash.-based BitTitan’s MSPComplete managed services orchestration and automation platform.
