Analog Way VIO 4K
It was hard to miss the three-screen video wall and digital signage setup in Analog Way’s InfoComm 2017 booth. The VIO 4K, which is shipping as of the show, is a multi-format converter that on the show floor was set up with a live 4K@60p 4:4:4 demonstration. VIO 4K can maintain latency processing as low as 1 frame, according to the company. The product includes three slots for optional I/0 interfaces. It is designed to process a single source currently to all three outputs. The latest firmware supports the 4K@60p 4:4:4-DP 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 expansion card, which is now shipping. VIO 4K is also available with a Dante audio interface supporting up to 8 bi-directional Dante audio channels.
