Slack and DocuSign have announced a new collaboration that will allow users to sign and send documents with DocuSigns’ eSignature tool in the Slack app.
This helps centralize even more functions directly in slack for tasks like HR, sales contracts, company policies, custom agreements and more.
According to DocuSign’s company blog, the integration also allows for real-time notifications when agreements have been signed, along with the ability to send reminders to others to sign documents. DocuSign is legally binding and a widely accepted e-signature platform that encrypts and archives legal document.
Apps and integrations in Slack help you bring key events and information right to your team, and with this integration, you can now send and sign documents directly where teamwork happens—no switching apps, no time wasted, no productivity lost.
In a statement to ZDNet, head of eSignature at DocuSign Jerome Levadoux said the company is thrilled to partner with Slack to simplify processes for joint users.
