Enterprise Connect, the enterprise communications and collaboration conference and trade show, announced this week the six recipients of the inaugural Women in Communications Spotlight Award.
The award, which honors women in enterprise IT leadership positions, will be formally recognized during Enterprise Connect Digital Conference & Expo 2020 in August.
“Enterprise Connect is committed to fostering the careers of women in communications and collaboration within the enterprise,” said Beth Schultz, Program Co-chair, Enterprise Connect. “We’d like to congratulate and celebrate all of the winners and participants who demonstrate outstanding qualities of leadership and expertise in business and technology.”
Recipients of the 2020 Women in Communications Spotlight Award, along with content from their nominations, are:
Jennifer Berry, PMP – Cigna
Berry, the architecture director for voice infrastructure and contact center engineering, pursues innovative solutions to existing projects and looks ahead to keep the company ahead of its competition.
Gauri Bhalerao – Yum! Brands
As the senior manager for collaboration, networking strategy and engineering, Bhalerao guides and mentors each team on identifying forward-thinking solutions and pushes them to think differently. Inclusion and personal development are top priorities for her.
