Highlighting added service capabilities to Virtual Meeting Rooms (VMR), AVI-SPL’s booth focuses on the importance of these new features. - Proactive Monitoring with Symphony – Monitor collaboration spaces and devices with AVI-SPL’s first self-service module of its monitoring platform, Symphony. A user friendly dashboard allows end users to collect valuable business intelligence through usage data and system analytics, such as room and device usage and video quality.
- Microsoft Integration – A Microsoft Gold partner, AVI-SPL offers advanced expertise in Skype for Business and Exchange integration. In addition, Exchange integrates seamlessly with the Symphony platform.
