The company has expanded its free offerings, enhanced audio features, improved reliability and offered training and best practices as organizations adapt to the new reality of remote work and working from home.
LogMeIn has also introduced new integrations with Microsoft Teams and a new contact-center-as-a-service offering to help organizations’ support staff continue to do their job from their home offices.
Strassman also discusses the company’s commitment to the security of its enterprise-grade products and how they differ from other competitors like Zoom.
According to LogMeIn, its remote work solutions are exploding in usage, with GoToMeeting usage spiking 10 times over 2020 norms and app downloads surpassing 600% on Android and 370% on iOS in the past two weeks.
