Dahua Technology USA introduces five new fisheye cameras to its video surveillance product portfolio, including what it says is the world’s first 4K fisheye for coaxial infrastructure.

“Dahua’s new fisheye models bring greater versatility into our product line,” says Jennifer Hackenburg, senior product marketing manager at Dahua Technology USA. “We’re aiming to provide our customers and end-users with high-performing and cost-effective cameras whether they’re working with an analog system or IP.”

HDCVI allows for transmission of HD and UHD images over coaxial cabling at distances of up to 1640 feet. This maximizes investment in legacy infrastructure by delivering forensic-level images without the need to rip and replace cabling, according to Dahua.

The 4K and 4MP HDCVI fisheye cameras are equipped with multiple edge dewarping modes and provide a 180°/360° view that eliminates blind spots.

Get all the details about the new cameras below.
