New Covert IP Camera from Advanced Technology Video

Advanced Technology Video says the IPHS243 covert IP camera can be used for discreet, specialty applications and record video at eye level.

Advanced Technology Video (ATV), a provider of video surveillance solutions since 1983, introduces  a new specialty IP camera.

ATV says the IPHS243 is a covert height strip for discreet, specialty applications that records video at eye level to capture crisp, clear and revealing images.

The camera is discreetly housed within a height strip housing that can be installed on or beside a door frame. The position of the camera can be adjusted and offers a 5° vertical tilt lever for adjusting the vertical angle.

“Our latest covert IP camera combines low height, concealed lens and sharp 2MP, 60-ips video to capture facial features like never before”, says Keith Shaver, vice president of sales and marketing, ATV.

  • Covert IP camera in height strip housing
  • Brilliant video quality with 2 megapixel full HD, 1920×1080 resolution
  • Highly efficient H.264 video compression which drastically reduces bandwidth and storage requirement
  • Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for high contrast lighting conditions
  • Triple streaming simultaneously, H.264 and MJPEG compression, up to 60-ips at 1080p resolution
  • Graduated and color coded height measurements in U.S. or metric dimensions
  • Swivel bracket for horizontal and 5º tilt lever for vertical camera adjustments eliminates need for separate bracket
  • 4.3mm megapixel pinhole lens for double door coverage
  • Progressive scanning for the sharpest video motion images
  • A built-in micro-SD memory card slot enables local storage of video
  • Video content analysis (analytics) features such as line and field detector
  • ATVision IP remote management client software for Windows and Mac PC’s and mobile applications for Apple and Android operating systems
  • ONVIF Profile S compliant
  • Advanced Intelligent Health Monitoring (AIHM) alerts user to abnormal conditions
  • Composite video output, Digital Noise Reduction 3DNR, Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) and corridor (aisle) view orientation functions
  • 12VDC/PoE power options
  • Auto power switch, hot failover capability
