The integration between the two companies, Red Box AI Bridge for Salesforce Einstein, enables organizations not using a Salesforce-embedded communication platform to capture high quality call and metadata from their existing telephony or contact center platform.
That voice data is then available to Einstein Call Coaching for AI-powered insights that help drive sales performance improvements. The goal is to help managers more effectively coach individuals, scale learning across teams and gain deeper insights into customer experiences.
According to Salesforce, Einstein call Coaching for high velocity sales was first introduced at Dreamforce last year and is part of the company’s 2020 summer release.

The Red Box AI Bridge for Salesforce Einstein is now available on Salesforce AppExchange alongside the Voice Data Controller app that enables the mapping of conversations taking place across a business to contacts, accounts and lead records within Salesforce.
