ClearOne Aura is a new line of audio and video options to meet the growing demand for the home office market.
According to the company, the Aura product line comes in a range of good, better and best packages of audio, video and audio-video solutions along with a free lifetime subscription to the company’s video collaboration app COLLABORATE Space.
The company is betting on the COVID-19 pandemic having a lasting impact on the workplace and a continued interest in remote work.
With millions of workers now operating out of a home office, they need the same audiovisual solutions they were using in the workplace.
According to company chair and CEO Zee Hakimoglu, Aura was developed to address those needs.
“Aura was developed to deliver that much-needed enterprise quality experience in the home. For homeowners, prospective homebuyers, builders, architects and designers, the purpose-built home office is rapidly replacing the home theater in importance,” Hakimoglu said in a statement.

Although employees are forced to work from home, they often don’t have the necessary tools and infrastructure to replicate their workplace experiences.
Integrators or remote workers can purchase the ClearOne Aura’s easy-to-install solutions, which include microphones, cameras and conferencing solutions that optimize the home office, according to the company.
These solutions can be installed both by homeowners and integrators.
Aura includes audio devices like personal USB speakerphones, speakerphones with three microphones, ceiling-mounted beamforming USB microphone arrays.
For video, Aura includes four different webcams, including three PTZ cameras.
Those devices can also be sold together along with devices like the CONVERGE Huddle and Versa USB Hub.
