There has probably never been a better time to be a Chicago sports fan. The NHL’s Blackhawks have won two Stanley Cups in the past four years and are contenders to make it three in five years later this year.

The Chicago Cubs, meanwhile, won their first World Series championship since 1908 in November and are everyone’s pick to make it back-to-back titles heading into the 2017 season.

The latest bit of good news for Windy City area sports fans came when Northwestern University made the NCAA men’s basketball tournament for the first time in the school’s history. That can only mean one thing: to the sports bars!

The good news for Northwestern alums and those who’ll ride the bandwagon for as long as the Wildcats wear the glass slipper in this year’s tournament is Chicago is famous for his high-tech sports bars.

Let’s take a look at a few of the best places to watch Northwestern go dancing during March Madness as well a few of the hottest spots to see the top seeds in each of the four regions.

And, lest you think we haven’t noticed what the University of Connecticut women’s basketball team is doing, with more than 100 consecutive wins heading into this year’s tournament, we’ve got Huskies fans covered too.

Add this year’s selections to last year’s top choices for high-tech sports bars and don’t forget about the world’s largest sportsbook in Las Vegas and you’re ready to embrace the madness—after you fill out your brackets, of course.
