Sprint announced Workplace-as-a-Service at Enterprise Connect, providing all the technology needed to run a business, offered on a predictable per-user, per-month basis. Sprint will design and fully manage all core communication and key productivity tools, providing site-by-site integration and implementations, complete with service level agreements and a single source for supports. Elements of the service include WAN Connectivity, Wnterprise-grade manage Wi-Fi and voice, audio and video conferencing, online collaboration, mobile device management and BYOD support, and local and domestic long-distance.
