It just got a lot easier to connect and use Crestron Mercury tabletop meeting and collaboration solution. Debuting its latest version at InfoComm 2019, Crestron Mercury X can be connected to front of room with single cable.
Meanwhile, it can run native software and BYOD on same device, according to Crestron, which adds that simpler UI (user interface) is coming to all Crestron Mercury models.
Part of the Crestron Flex M-Series MX family, Crestron Mercury X can run native software, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms, and BYOD on the same device.
“Our customers spoke and we listened,” says Joe Sarrasin, technology manager, Unified Communications, Crestron. “Crestron Mercury X and the redesigned UI are the latest products of the on-going evolution of Crestron Mercury. They were developed in direct response to requests for a simple ‘one-cable-to-table’ connection and a cleaner, simpler user experience.”
