Avocor, the Wilsonville, Ore.-based collaboration solutions provider announced a strategic partnership with Miro, an online visual collaboration platform. Together, the two companies will accelerate innovation through visual collaboration and explore an optimized user experience on Avocor Devices.
The companies hope to solve the complexities of the new hybrid work environments across interactive displays and visual collaboration through the strategic partnership. Miro currently works on Avocor devices. Thus, the partnership solidifies its intention to jointly develop an optimized user experience for in-person and hybrid collaboration.

“Hybrid work environments are now more common now than ever before. Organizations of all types are redefining ways of working to ensure team collaboration is highly productive and engaging,” says Kevin Chung, VP of business development and partnerships at Miro. Chung adds that the new strategic partnership with Avocor helps bridge the gap between online and physical collaboration. Moreover, he says it provides “a truly delightful and interactive Miro experience on Avocor’s devices.”
Dana Corey, SVP and GM at Avocor, adds that the facilitation of human interaction through technology is rapidly changing and expanding at the same time. This is why Avocor and Miro have partnered in the effort to proactively focus on user experiences that enable instinctual interaction through optimized solution design architecture.”
Avocor and Miro plan to invest in future enhancements such as pre-installation of the Miro app and one-click launch of Miro on Avocor devices.
