AMX is shining the spotlight on two of its new, custom-made releases for higher education: the AMX Campus Explorer Education App and a revamped AMX Education Website.
With the Campus Explorer Education App, colleges are able to access technology management in all on-campus venues, including learning facilities, sports stadiums and administrative buildings. It enables end users to navigate its features and share media through simple swipes, touches and clicks.
Colleges can also use the app to customize a technology management solution for their campus and assign designated users.
The Campus Explorer Education App can be accessed via mobile devices and through the AMX Education Website.
In other news, the AMX Education Website was redesigned to cut down the time it takes AV and IT staff to research technology applications in college classrooms.
The website is sectioned under four titles: Learn, Plan, Buy, Support. Each category gives users easy access to purchasing technology managements solutions, and eliminates technology jargon for easy understanding.
“We believe the new App and Website offer higher ed decision makers a level of resources and planning tools they’ve never had in one place before,” says Sarah Kinard, AMX by HARMAN Education Marketing Manager, in a previous statement. “Illustrating the possibilities of these solutions…has allowed us the flexibility to continually support the needs of our users on an ongoing basis.”
