Manage, search for, and organize files within the document, and share them through social media or e-mail.

For many companies across the globe, improving business practices is all about finding ways to share information, collaborate, and come to decisions as quickly and efficiently as possible. The sooner a project is finished, a decision is made, or figures are put in the right place, the sooner employees can move on to the next task. Whatever the dilemma, problem, or project, sharing documents pertinent to the goal is important. The right information needs to be in front of the right people to get things done.

Most employees are going to be carrying these documents on some sort of mobile device. While some may keep their information on computers or laptops, increasingly employees are finding it useful to have important information available at their fingertips. Smart phones and tablets are becoming the new filing cabinets. Employees wish to swipe through pages of blueprints, presentations, and documentation on the screens of the phones, and want all of the information they need available on those same screens.

Finishing a project or making a decision is hard enough. Making sure all of the files and content you need are available shouldn’t be a pain point. Here are six file sharing apps for your mobile device.
