March 7, 2022 TechDecisions Staff

Episodes to Focus on Best Practices, Challenges and Trends for the Restaurant Industry

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#digitalordering–Tillster, the global leader in digital ordering and engagement solutions for restaurants, today announces the launch of its thought leadership series, “Digital Dish.” Designed as an evergreen virtual event series for restaurant brands and professionals to drive collaboration and innovation, Digital Dish will cover pertinent industry topics, challenges and trends across digital ordering, operations, loyalty and technology.

The series will deliver a wide variety of resources from Tillster leadership and industry experts, including original research studies, executive insights, industry analysis and other thought leadership content.

“The restaurant industry is ever-evolving – which became especially apparent during the ongoing pandemic – and today’s brands are looking to learn new insights, share best practices and hear from their peers as they collectively look forward to what’s next,” explained Hope Neiman, Chief Marketing Officer at Tillster. “We at Tillster are thrilled to launch ‘Digital Dish’ as a new collaborative community for brands to do just this. We aim to empower today’s brands to overcome complex business challenges and create the restaurant experiences that today’s guests are looking for. Ultimately, we’re giving them the tools they need to drive ROI and increased profits through strategic investments in technology and marketing.”

The inaugural episode of the series, titled “The Secret Sauce to Creating a ‘Netflix-Like’ Restaurant,” will be available on Tuesday, March 29. It will provide an in-depth look at what restaurant brands can learn from new and existing e-commerce brands embracing digital ordering and technology to engage with prospective customers. Neiman will explain why brands can implement the same tools and strategies across their ordering and loyalty programs to generate profits.

To tune in to the first episode and for those with specific questions about how restaurants can begin to act more like e-commerce brands, Digital Dish is currently accepting questions that will be addressed by one of the QSR industry’s leading experts. Send your questions via the episode page at Tillster.com/blog/digital-dish-restaurant-leader-community.
