BTI360 Announces Joe Thibodeau as Chief Operating Officer

After more than 15 years of delivering innovative software to government clients, BTI360 has reached an inflection point—shifting from mostly subcontracts to prime contractor roles. Thibodeau’s track record and natural ability to motivate teams are well suited to facilitate the company’s move to build scale and operational excellence. In his new role, Thibodeau will orchestrate operations company-wide and drive strategic planning.

This background provides Thibodeau with robust and varied perspectives to draw upon in his new role as COO. Thibodeau has an MBA and a BS in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia.
