Bold Commerce Recognized in B2B and B2C Now Tech Research Reports

Ecommerce Technology Company’s Headless Checkout Named in Two of the Independent Research Firm’s 2022 Reports

Forrester’s Now Tech: B2B Commerce Solutions, Q1 2022 and Now Tech: B2C Commerce Solutions, Q1 2022 reports provide an overview for commerce solutions for business leaders. Bold was named in both reports.

Forrester reviewed 34 B2B and 23 B2C Commerce Solutions Providers for its respective Now Tech Reports. Vendors vary by size, vertical market focus, and geographic alignment. The resulting reports give business professionals a guide to understanding the value they can expect from B2B and B2C commerce solutions providers.

Both B2B and B2C commerce solutions are focused on digitizing the buying and selling process. B2B solutions prioritize convenient engagement for business buyers, while uncovering valuable customer insights to personalize the buying experience. B2C solutions optimize the path to purchase for consumers and focus on increasing efficiency for commerce practitioners.
