Circle Technologies Releases CircleHost 4.0
Circle Technologies released the latest update to their CircleHost technology at InfoComm 2015. With CircleHost 4.0, you can screen share with a click of a button to mobile devices through the Circle Viewer App. There are no worries of cables or connections, networks or security concerns; Circle operates on a secure and private network that is separate from any network, sharing the host screen to the mobile devices, while commanding the full attention of all who are viewing the presentation.

LG Unveils World’s Narrowest Video Wall Bezel
LG Electronics USA tunveiled an all-new Full HD Video Wall display with the world’s slimmest bezel to bezel design. The VH7B Direct Backlit LED Display stands out with its unprecedented thin bezel, and features distinct new innovations that address the largest issues video wall customers face today. Available in the United States this fall in 49-, 55- and 65-inch class sizes, the VH7B is the first video wall display to feature an unprecedented bezel-to-bezel measurement of about 1/16th of an inch (1.8 mm exact). LG’s included software allows the displays to be arranged in up to a 15 x 15 matrix, while installation options become nearly limitless when married with third-party hardware/software signage solutions.
Exterity Launches Avediaplayer IP Video Set-Top Box
Exterity launched its new AvediaPlayer Receiver r93xx IPTV set-topbox. The AvediaPlayer Receiver r93xx is a compact HD receiver that connects any screen to an IP network to facilitate the receipt of live and recorded video streams. It delivers advanced network-video decoding capabilities across a wide range of resolutions up to 1080p60, for superb image quality. It offers HDMI and analogue video outputs to match any screen or resolution. Compared to previous models, it typically delivers a 20-percent reduction in power consumption, making it an economical choice for video display systems found in many of today’s corporate and organizational settings.
InFocus launches JTouch Interactive Display
InFocus’ LightCast technology allows people to wirelessly cast content from their Windows, Apple OSX and iOS, and Android devices to a display screen or projector. LightCast devices also offer whiteboard tools, which let users draw, highlight, annotate and capture notes that they can share with anyone via email. Rounding out LightCast’s functionality is a Web browser to enable Internet access without being connected to a separate device. JTouch with LightCast is the company’s first device with the new technology built in.
Raritan Introduces AV-over-IP Distribution System
Raritan introduced the new AV-over-IP Distribution System at InfoComm 2015. The system provides high-performance video and audio streaming over flexible, low-cost IP networks. Raritan’s simple encoder and decoder based system can be installed in minutes using low-cost Cat5/6 cable, fiber, and Gigabit Ethernet switches. The system is unique in its flexible support for both Cat5 and fiber in a single system.
