Smart Plugs
If smart lightbulbs aren’t feasible, maybe buy a smart plug for everyone in the office. These devices plug into traditional outlets, and allow you to plug in anything from a laptop to a lamp. Employees can boot up their systems or turn on the lights on their way to the office so they can be ready to go when they arrive. If they forget to shut it down when they leave they can do so remotely.
