Elmer Chocolate Selects ReposiTrak for Supplier Compliance

ReposiTrak, Inc., stock replenishment, compliance, sourcing, food safety and risk management company for the retail supply chain, announces Elmer Candy Corp. has adopted the ReposiTrak Supplier Compliance & Risk Management solution for collection of compliance and regulatory documents.

Based in Ponchatoula, La., Elmer Chocolate is nationally known for producing assorted seasonal chocolates for Christmas and Valentine’s Day. The second-largest manufacturer of Valentine boxed chocolate in North America, Elmer Chocolate works with approximately 100 suppliers.

Elmer Chocolate was first introduced to ReposiTrak’s compliance management system when, as a supplier, it submitted compliance documents to several of its retail customers.
