Integem CEO Eliza Du will present an Emerging Tech Talks topic at Digital Signage Expo 2018 entitled “The Power of Holographic Augmented Reality in Marketing and Advertising.”

This 45-minute session will take place in the Emerging Tech Talks Theater on Thursday, March 29 at 2 p.m. and will focus on how Holographic Augmented Reality (HAR) is different from AR, how it works and the features and benefits of using HAR in marketing and advertising.

DSE 2018 is scheduled for March 27-30 at the Las Vegas Convention Center with access to the exhibit hall March 28 and 29. DSE, produced by Exponation LLC, is co-located with the Digital Content Show.

Every year, DSE features more than 200 exhibitors showing off the latest in technology and services including hardware, software, network, delivery and content from around the globe.

DSE also offers the largest and most diversified digital signage and digital out-of-home educational program anywhere in the world, with more than 125 educators and the largest variety of educational opportunities, including a live installation tour and structured curriculum leading to professional re-certification in eight educational tracks.

The DSE 2018 program will be comprised of 10 pre- and post-show educational events, 32 general conference seminars, plus a specialized keynote presentation for each educational track, and 11 Emerging Tech Talks, as well as 28 free presentations staged in on-floor theaters.

Augmented reality has become an increasingly popular topic in AV integration circles lately, with a focus on it during ISE 2018 in Amsterdam and even discussions about its potential to revolutionize how business gets done during the PSNI Supersummit last month in Houston.

Our resident futurist, Daniel Newman, has been writing about augmented reality for at least the last couple of years and it seems much of what he’s said about the phenomenon is starting to emerge today. Those who’ve been ignoring it for the past couple of years are already behind, but have the opportunity to catch up at DSE 2018.
