InfoComm has become the premier destination for pro-AV industry professionals, end users, distributors, manufacturers, integrators and more. The industry must be growing, because this year the show saw more exhibitors than ever before.
After a record 39,105 attendee show in 2015 at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center, InfoComm set it’s sights on the exhibitor record this year. Whil attendance stayed strong at 38,833 attendees, the Las Vegas Convention Center saw a record 1,000 exhibitors come through from June 4-10 to learn about the latest pro-AV products and trends.
InfoComm 2016 was seen as a resounding success. Aside from record-breaking exhibitors, this year’s show saw a new Internet of Things Education Program, a Digital Signage Summit, more than 90 InfoComm University seminars and workshops, and the typical array of exciting and awe-inspiring AV products, systems and solutions from manufacturers all over the world.
Some key attendance figures, according to InfoComm:
- 38,833 attendees
- 1,000 exhibitors
- 211 new exhibitors
- 2,620 seminar and workshop packages
- 527,105 net square feet of exhibit and special event space
- 186 CTS certifications
