Lobby: MSE Audio SoundTube STNET Dante Surface Mount Speakers
MSE Audio’s SoundTube brand’s STNet IPD-SM52-EZ and IPD-SM82-EZ-II speakers utilize the Dante digital audio format to bring audio to a range of indoor and outdoor locations. MSE Audio says the surface-mount speakers receive digital signals and power directly over a single category network cable. Using the speakers with the company’s ST-Net switch, users can drive the speakers with 40 watts of power utilizing the PoE protocol. The IPD-SM52-EZ incorporates a 5.25-inch woofer and 1-inch soft-dome tweeter. The IPD-SM82-EZ-II speaker employs an 8-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter. SoundTube’s proprietary software can be used to configure the speakers.
