Philips’ No-Glasses 3D Displays

MMD and Philips take eyewear-free 3D to the next level at DSE 2012

March 8, 2012 TD Staff Leave a Comment

Philips and MMD, the exclusive marketer and reseller for Philips-branded LCD monitors and commercial signage solutions, launched a new line of glasses-free 3D displays during the 2012 Digital Signage in Las Vegas this week.

Developed in partnership with Dutch company Dimenco Displays, the new screens claim to offer up to 28 viewing angles via lenticular technology, which allows audiences to see the best quality around objects while standing in front of the display itself.

Studies undertaken by the company show an audience that watches longer and buys more of products advertised in this format.

The monitors are being offered now in 23”, 42” and 55” versions. To see them in action view the video below. To learn more about Philips Commercial Signage email us.sales@mmd-p.com.
