NEC Displays Solutions of America is adding to its projector line with one of the first HD-resolution projectors in the product category. The new U321H ultra-short-throw projector offers a wide-screen high resolution display and is designed for K-12 classrooms.
The projector’s ECO Mode technology increases lamp life up to 4,000 hours, while lowering power consumption and maintenance costs. The U321H projector is compatible with NEC DisplayNote Software, an app that lets educators and students present, share and annotate content from any platform or device so their notes are automatically saved. Starting in late July, the U321H will also be available in configurations that feature either multi-pen or finger-touch modules providing greater flexibility for interactivity, sharing and collaboration.
Among the other benefits of the U321H projector:
- Ultra-short throw distance of 0.25:1
- Dedicated HDMI/MHL input, which makes it easy for presenters to connect their smart devices to the projector
- Vertical Keystone correction
- Dual HDMI inputs
- 3D Display
- Wired LAN, which enables remote diagnostics and control
- Control system ready – RS232, AMX, Crestron Roomview, Virtual Remote, NaViSet Administrator 2
