Business communications comes in many different forms. One of the most popular these days are integrated, cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions. LogMeIn has added this piece of the enterprise communications puzzle to its suite of flagship meeting and webinar products. The company’s first ever unified communications and collaboration (UCC) product, GoToConnect, and conference room solution, GoToRoom, are part of the company’s new brand GoTo.

The announcement brings the best of LogMeIn’s meetings, webinars, voice, and room solutions, and integrates it with its award-winning cloud telephony and messaging solutions—all under one brand, GoTo.” Strassman’s sentiments are backed by research firm Frost & Sullivan. According to a recent report, 68 percent of UCaaS buyers prefer all-inclusive bundles.
GoToConnect
This product, available in April, delivers audio, video, and screensharing capabilities combined with cloud-based telephony in one seamless experience. Employees can connect and communicate via a web browser or a downloadable desktop app. It integrates GoToMeeting and Jive to support web, audio and video conferencing, presence, VoIP calling, SMS/text messaging, visual voicemail, and more in one application.

In addition to GoToConnect, LogMeIn now offers GoToRoom, a new conference room solution that turns any huddle, small- or mid-sized conference room into a video-enabled collaborative meeting space.
