According to one study from Microsoft, remote work is having a profound impact on our mental wellbeing. The company’s latest Work Trends Index found that video meetings have increased by 55% and there are 69% more Microsoft Teams chats taking place after normal working hours.
That means we’re working more and blurring the lines between our work and home lives and could be leading to remote work burnout.
Pupius is a former engineer at Medium and Google and now co-founder and CEO of Range, a collaboration app designed to help keep teams connected, focused and productive regardless of where they’re working.
Pupius talks about how the app can help reduce remote work burnout and shares best practices and tips on how to be mindful of your team’s mental health in the work from home age.
