Organizations should take steps to ensure that their employees have the same tools and equipment they had in the office, including:

- Internet bandwidth
As with anything new, there will be a learning curve with a lot of people within your organization, so be prepared to answer a lot of questions as your employees become acquainted with these new technologies.
