Bryan Payne is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of domestic and international experience. He has demonstrated success managing software design, validation, and software life cycle management, with experience in acquisitions, divestitures and consolidations. As a certified PMP, combined with his experience in IT, there are few better to discuss technology implementation project management.
In this interview you’ll learn about the project management lifecycle – planning, scheduling, tracking, and communication. You’ll then learn about specific tools and software products that will help you manage each aspect of the lifecycle. Bryan draws on his experience as a PMP to discuss not only planning and scheduling, but also how to pivot when plans and schedules need to change throughout the project.
