Cal State Northridge Thwarts Cyberattack
Return To ArticleOfficials at Cal State Northridge confirmed Sunday that the school was targeted in an attempted cyber-attack.
School officials said a hacker tried placing ransomware on third-party software used by the university, and ended up grabbing some customer data, ABC7 reported.
