New Capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365

The company announced several new features and sets of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including accessibility features, customer service tools and more.

The company at Ignite introduced Context IQ, what Microsoft calls a new set of capabilities that make information, people and conversations more accessible without having to switch between apps. This enables businesses to access data, colleagues and conversations across the organization all in the flow of work from within Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 apps, Microsoft says.

Microsoft also introduced a first-party voice channel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service built on the platform that powers Teams, the company said. This is designed to bring together contact center channels, unified communications, AI and customer service functions into a single integrated SaaS solution built on the Microsoft Cloud.

Other tools announced include customer service platforms, deeper integrations between Power Platform and Teams, and more.
