PCs and Laptops

Lenovo made headlines with the Yoga 5G 2-in-1 convertible laptop, which it says is the world’s first 5G PC from a major manufacturer.

The device supports both millimeter wave full-band and sub-6GH 5G networks. It’s the first laptop of its kind to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx 5G Compute Platform that can bring you speeds up to 10 times faster than 4G through a 5G service provider.

The device would make sense for companies that value on-the-go mobile computing.

Foldable smartphones and devices were all the rage at CES, and Lenovo also unveiled the ThinkPad X1 Fold, the world’s first foldable PC with an OLED display.

Dell, a staple in many offices, gave its XPS 13 a refresh for 2020, including a thinner bezel, a bigger screen, larger keys, a fingerprint scanner embedded into the power button. The device is also faster, running on Intel’s 10th-generation Ice lake processors.
