Customer engagement software company Verint has launched a new native integration with Zoom as part of its cloud platform for Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone interactions with its Engagement Data Management solution.
According to Verint, the integration will provide a quick and straightforward way of consolidating recorded Zoom interactions with customer interaction and feedback data from other sources.
With the integration, Verint’s EDM solution will store and harmonize data alongside interaction and experience from other corporate systems to increase the efficiency and decrease and expense of separately transforming and combining from diverse data silos, the company says.
Verint EDM also gives organizations additional depth and enrichment to understand customer engagement and generates intelligence to manage compliance and improve business operations, the company says.
“Verint’s native EDM integration with the Zoom platform means that Verint customers can instantly include recorded data into their analysis of customer engagements,” said David Singer, Verint’s vice president of go-to-market strategy. “All of that data ultimately contributes to an organization’s approach to total quality by creating a more comprehensive understanding of customer interactions across all engagement channels in order to make more effective business decisions and ensure compliance.”
The launch of Verint EDM’s integration with Zoom follows the company’s April launch of compliance recording integration with the videoconferencing software provider designed to help heavily regulated businesses capture, retain analyze and retrieve communications from Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings.
